• Above is just a quote, subject to availability, net to you & valid for Indian passport holders only.
• The above quote is based on a minimum of 2 persons travelling together.
• AADHAR card copies are to be shared by all Indian passengers & passports in case of foreign nationals.
• Any donations, tips, pitthu, palki/pony, and porter charges shall be borne by the passengers.
• We would like to inform our pilgrims that we do not provide insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, we strongly recommend that pilgrims make their own arrangements for insurance coverage. Baggage and personal belongings remain the client’s responsibility at all times.
• Concept Holidayz shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party; thus, guests are advised to get the fitness certificate from the doctor to travel to the high-altitude sector.
• In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 15 days to the journey, then the booking will be treated as cancelled, and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
• Passengers are only allowed to board or initiate the tour after completing the full and final payment for the tour.
• If flying is not possible due to any reason/bad weather at Dehradun, then a 5% service charge + utilised services like hotel stay and transportation will be applicable.
• Any extension proposed by the passengers in the package will only be considered at an extra cost and subject to operational viability.
• In case of flight cancellations or delays due to weather, technical issues, or force majeure, Concept will not be liable. A refund will be processed as per our policy, but no compensation for accommodation, transportation, meals, or other extra expenses will be provided. If departure from Dehradun is affected due to the above reasons, the tour will be cancelled, and a refund will follow our policies. However, in this case, guests are open to rescheduling the tour for the next available date; a fresh booking can be made for the same. Our team will propose the available option to the guests. The remaining or unused amount from the previous booking can be applied towards the fresh booking. Any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the passengers.
• Additional night halt charges will be payable by the passengers to hotels on a direct payment basis when they get stuck for additional nights due to bad weather/force majeure reasons.
• In regards to the guests stranded at any Dham, if any group requests to cancel their tour on their own desire & come down before their scheduled return date, the arrangement of a vehicle for their return journey by road shall be done by us. However, the cost for the same shall be borne by the guest on a direct payment basis. No refunds are applicable in case guests wish to cancel & return mid-tour.
• Charges of INR 2000/- per kg apply for passengers over 75 kg. Charges will be collected at the hotel or helipad.
• Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket. Infants below 2 years/12 kg are carried free of charge. In case of verification of age, ID proof (birth certificate) of the child shall be checked.
• Accurate weight must be provided at booking. If the weight exceeds the aircraft's capacity of 450 kg, the passenger will be disembarked, and the tour will be cancelled without a refund.
• Only 5 kg per passenger. Excess baggage will be denied, and additional charges apply if combined weight exceeds 450 kg.

Notes

• Network connectivity at Badrinath is very poor.
• Passengers are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution. It is available locally at all medical shops.
• All passengers are advised to carry their own medication.
• Carry woollen clothes.
• Helicopter tours have fixed daily departure times. Passengers must adhere to the scheduled Estimated Time of Departure (ETD). Failure to do so will result in being marked as a NO-SHOW.
• Helicopter flights may be affected by factors like weather, technical issues, or Air Force movements. Passengers should expect potential delays and be prepared for unforeseen events. It’s advised to keep one extra day in Dehradun for unexpected delays.
• Note: Rudra Abhishek Puja will not be included in our package or billing cost, since the total amount for the same goes directly to Kedarnath ji Mandir Samiti.
• Disclaimer: Accommodation at Kedarnath-top is in the budget category, and there can be instances of complaints in regards to the hotel services & rooms. Furthermore, temperature at Kedarnath-top may drop to sub-zero levels at night in Sep/Oct; therefore, passengers are advised to take a decision keeping the same in consideration.
• Maha Abhishek Puja will not be included in our package or billing cost, since the total amount for the same goes directly to Badrinath ji Mandir Samiti. Vehicle charges will be extra for attending the early morning Mahabhishek Pooja on a direct basis.
