Roles and Responsibilities 

  • To work out the best possible rates on the International tour itineraries.
  • Understand the customer specifications and suggest suitable travel services.
  • To provide excellent customer service to passengers and provide reservations Handle reservations and bookings for flights Ticketing, reissuing tickets, and refunds. 
  • The candidate should be well aware of International destinations, hotel details, and costs.
  • Should have knowledge of FIT and GIT products.
  • Should be well-versed with the destinations like Dubai, Maldives, Singapore, Bali, Thailand and Europe.

Candidate must have experience of minimum 3 years.

Desired Candidate Profile.

  • Good experience in handling Outbound & International queries B2C only.
  • Should be able to provide information on all tourist destinations and should have prior experience in handling tour package queries.

  • Candidate would be dealing with clients on email and phone.
  • Destination Knowledge: Srinagar, Kerala, North East, Rajasthan , Goa , Andaman, Uttrakhand, Himachal.
  • Designing and Preparing Itineraries for Domestic Holiday packages for customers.
  •  Candidates having experience in selling Domestic Travel Packages.
  •  Handling of Domestic tour packages, hotel bookings, and making domestic tour itineraries and costing. 
  • Good and sound knowledge of costing and itinerary preparation relating to domestic tours. 
  • Also computer literacy and fluency in English essential. 
  • Should have minimum 03-05 years experience in the trade..

Salary: INR 20,000 - INR 35,000 Per Month.
