• Above is just a quote, subject to availability, net to you & valid for Indian passport holders only.
• Above rate is based on 4 person travelling together.
• If the hotels change the rates, the rate will change without prior notice.  
• Above rates are per person on twin sharing basis.
• Any further changes in Foreign exchange rates or flight fares might affect the total package amount.
• Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 12pm
• Advance Permit Requirement -
• Hotel Confirmation- only approved hotels will be accepted for advance permit
• Bhutanese Vehicle- must take Bhutan number vehicles only
• Guide- must take Bhutanese licensed guide only
• Permits applied in less than 7 days of arrival will be rejected
• Visitors from India can use a passport or voter ID card. Children under 18 years of age can use a birth certificate or passport and must be accompanied by a legal guardian.  
• There shall be festival surcharge applicable on hotels during prominent Bhutanese festivals. The net surcharge amount shall be communicated before final tour confirmation.
• It is highly recommended to have good relations with your tour guide & driver. Treat them with respect as it reciprocated the same way in Bhutanese culture.
• Carrying of Tobacco product is a punishable offence to Bhutan.
• The current Bhutan applicable taxes are included in the package cost. However if any additional tax/charges are levied by the Government at the time of the confirmation of the tour, the same will be charged.
