• Above is just a quote, subject to availability, net to you & valid for Indian passport holders only.
• Above quote is based on minimum 2 persons travelling together
• The validity of passport should be minimum 06 months from the intended date of returns
• Cost is per person on twin sharing basis.
• ROE calculated as 1USD = INR 84.50
• Above mentioned hotels are subject to availability
• All the services included in the package are compulsory and no refund will be given if any of the services are not taken.
• Package price is not valid during major Exhibitions, Events, Christmas, New Year Period and Block out period same will be advised at the time of booking.
• Any further changes in Foreign exchange rates or flight fares might affect the total package amount.
• Cancellation charge will be applicable as per individual hotel policy and 100% cancellation will be applicable if it is cancelled within the cancellation deadline.
• In case of special room request like room location, adjacent room, double/twin room, please advise us when the booking is made. While we will pass the request to the hotel, we cannot guarantee the same.
• Above rates are not applicable during peak periods.
• If any airline is delayed or cancelled, we will not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim
• Travel vouchers will be issued only after full payment is received before the trip. This ensures all bookings are secured and your itinerary is finalized without any delays or disruptions
• As your travel agent, we provide a selection of hotel options based on availability and your preferences. We strongly encourage you to review the hotel's ratings and guest feedback online to ensure it meets your expectations.
• Please note that we do not have control over aspects such as hotel staff behavior, food quality, or other service-related issues, and therefore cannot provide guarantees in these areas. Our goal is to facilitate a smooth booking process, and we advise due diligence to ensure a comfortable stay
• Certain popular sightseeing tours and activities require advance payments to secure your reservations due to high demand. Delayed payments may result in sold-out tickets or unavailability at the last moment, for which Concept Holidayz cannot be held responsible. We strongly recommend prompt payment to avoid any inconvenience and to guarantee your spot in these experiences.

Important Notes

• For pick-up times, our operations department will prepare a sheet and give it to the client upon arrival @ the airport. Unfortunately, precise pick-up times especially for SIC TOURS cannot be given in advance because it all depends on the group size on the day of the tour. Private tours & transfers pick-up times can be decided in advance and that’s simple, just ask your reservation staff. Sometimes pick-up time is given to hotel receptions 1 day prior the tour.
• All hotels check-in time is @14:00 & check-out is @12:00PM (as per Turkey tourism law).
• It is very difficult to change hotels once the client is in Turkey, please note that in most cases we cannot support this case. Kindly research the hotels well.
• If you have a tour and you must check-out on the same day, please do so in the morning before your tour. Concept Holidayz will NOT handle any extra fees for late check-out.
• Cappadocia hot air balloon rides pick-up times are always decided 1-day before the activity, we usually contact the clients via Whatsapp or hotel phone or in-person to inform them.
• 90% of the Turkish population does not speak any second language (only Turkish) and that includes our drivers. This is why we have professional assistants & guides who speak many different languages. FYI sometimes city-to-city transfers DO NOT include any second-language speaking assistants. If it is specifically requested, we can add but with a supplement charge.
• Please be ready on lobby floor 5 minutes prior to pick up time for the tours and transfers. Concept Holidayz will not accept responsibility if the guests miss the tours or transfers. If you have unexpected situation, please inform Concept Holidayz 1 day before the tour and accordingly we may assist you.
• SIC tours dates & times may change, pick-up times may change even after the clients have received the schedule. Sometimes museums or roads or weather is not suitable for certain tours and thus the date or time of the tour is changed by operations department. Concept Holidayz is responsible of informing the client of all changes beforehand.
• Please inform your agency or tour guide if you have allergic sensitization for some foods before tour starts.
• Private tours program and route cannot be changed during the tours. Some changes can be applied if the tour guide allows.
• Please take in consideration dress code for the tours. Ex: comfortable shoes and clothes made of cotton or heavy coats for winter. Shorts are not allowed when entering mosques.
• When arriving to airport, please carefully look for your name or our company logo to find your transfer assistant. Our staff are there to assist you to your vehicle.
• Please protect your personal objects in your pocket and bag during the tour. Concept Holidayz is not responsible for lost items.
• WE DO NOT SHARE OUR DRIVERS/ASSISTANTS PERSONAL GSM NUMBERS FOR THE TRANSFERS/TOURS. WE HAVE EMERGENCY NUMBERS FOR THIS SAKE, THIS IS TO ENSURE HIGH QUALITY.
• PLEASE NOTE CONCEPT HOLIDAYZ WILL NOT REFUND ANY SERVICE IF THE CLIENT DOES NOT REPORT HIS/HER ISSUE ON THE SPOT AND IMMEDIATELY. THE CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO CONTACT OUR EMERGENCY NUMBERS AND INFORM US OF HIS/HER CONCERNS.
