Day 1 - Arrive Delhi
Today, you'll arrive in Delhi and transfer to your hotel. As India's capital and a key entry point to the country, Delhi is a vibrant city that blends the old with the new. Among its modern skyscrapers, you'll find ancient monuments that remind you of its rich history. Your first impression from the airport will be of a spacious, green city with tree-lined streets and beautiful parks. In the afternoon, you can explore the lively markets or go shopping at your leisure. You'll stay overnight at your hotel.

Day 2 - In Delhi
After breakfast, start your tour of Old and New Delhi. Begin with Old Delhi, the Mughal capital. Visit Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India, built by Emperor Shah Jahan in 1656. The mosque can hold 25,000 people in its courtyard.
Then, visit Raj Ghat, where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated, and see the Red Fort from the outside, Shah Jahan’s palace. Walk through the busy Chandni Chowk market, also known as "The Silver Street," and enjoy a cycle rickshaw ride through Old Delhi. In the afternoon, take a tour of New Delhi, which highlights the British heritage. The split between New and Old Delhi represents the British and Mughal capitals, respectively. The divide between the walled city and New Delhi also represents a divide in lifestyles. The walled city is all about history, and visitors may learn about the past in all of its aspects, hues, and magic. In contrast, New Delhi is a metropolis striving to meet the highest 21st-century standards.
The tour of Imperial Delhi will begin with a visit to India's highest stone tower, the Qutab Minar. Qutab-ud-Din Aibak began construction on the Qutab Minar in 1199 AD, and Iltutmish, the sultan's successor and son-in-law, completed it. The structure is 72.5 metres tall and contains 379 steps from bottom to top. The Minar is tapering, having a base diameter of 14.3 metres and a top floor diameter of 2.7 metres. The Qutab Minar is India's tallest stone tower and one of the most magnificent Islamic constructions ever built.
Later, visit Humayun's Tomb, which was erected by the widow of the second Mughal Emperor, Humayun. It is an excellent structure in the Indo-Persian style that predates the Taj Mahal.
Drive by the majestic India Gate, Parliament House, and Rashtrapati Bhawan, the President's home. The afternoon is free to stroll among the colourful and busy bazaars for independent exploration or shopping. Overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 3 - Delhi - Agra (200Kms)
After breakfast, drive to Agra. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Agra gained prominence during the reign of Afghan King Sikandar Lodhi, who made it his capital. In 1526, Mughal Emperor Babar further developed Agra, giving it a unique charm. Today, Agra still reflects its Mughal heritage. The Mughals were not only great rulers but also exceptional builders, creating magnificent architectural wonders in Agra and its surroundings. The Taj Mahal, the most famous of these monuments, is a masterpiece of Mughal architecture.
Later, visit the Taj Mahal (closed on Fridays). This magnificent monument, built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the mid-17th century as a tribute to his wife Mumtaz Mahal, is renowned worldwide. While its overall beauty is captivating from any angle, the intricate marble inlay work up close is truly remarkable.
Afterward, explore the Agra Fort, a stellar example of Mughal architecture and the former stronghold of the Mughal Empire. Shah Jahan added impressive quarters and a mosque, while Aurangzeb built the outer ramparts. Inside, visit the Hall of Public Audience and the Royal Pavilions. Additionally, take time to explore Agra’s vibrant markets, known for their rich heritage of handicrafts.
Also, visit Itmad-ud-Daula's tomb, built in 1622 for Ghiyas Beg, the father of Empress Noor-Jahan, wife of Emperor Jahangir. This beautiful tomb, often called the 'Baby Taj,' is the first Mughal building faced with white marble inlaid with colorful stones. Its intricate mosaics and lattice work create an intimate and serene atmosphere. In the afternoon, take some free time to explore the vibrant and bustling bazaars for personal exploration or shopping. Overnight stay at your Hotel.
-
Day 4 - Agra Jaipur (250Kms)
After breakfast, drive to Jaipur, stopping at Fatehpur Sikri on the way. This red sandstone city was built by Emperor Akbar in the late 16th century as his capital but was abandoned when the wells dried up. It remains well-preserved, with its palaces and mosques almost as they were 300 years ago.
Continue to Jaipur and check into your hotel. Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, is known as the "Pink City" because of the pink sandstone used in many of its buildings. Founded by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II in 1727, the city was painted pink in 1853 to welcome Prince Albert. Despite the modern traffic, Jaipur retains much of its historic charm. In the afternoon, you can explore the colourful bazaars for shopping or personal exploration. Spend the night at your hotel.
-
Day 5 - In Jaipur
After breakfast, head out for a full day city tour of Jaipur. Start with a visit to Amer Fort, located 11 kilometers from Jaipur. This old fort of the Kachhwaha clan was once the capital before it moved to Jaipur. Built with white marble and red sandstone, the fort is stunning, especially with Maota Lake in the foreground, creating a beautiful reflection. You can ride an elephant (subject to availability) or take a jeep up to the fort. Once there, explore the complex courtyards and halls with a knowledgeable guide who will share fascinating stories.
Next, visit the City Palace, an impressive complex of palaces, gardens, courtyards, decorative art, and carved doorways. The palace museum showcases rare manuscripts, armors, costumes, carpets, and miniature paintings. Nearby, explore Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory built in 1726 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh that still makes accurate predictions.
Jaipur is a shopper’s paradise with bazaars offering a wide range of items, from jewelry (precious and semi-precious stones and handcrafted silver) to textiles, handicrafts, and antiques. Spend the afternoon exploring these colorful markets. Enjoy an overnight stay at your hotel.
