  • Package price is not valid during major Exhibitions, Events, Christmas, New Year Period and Block out period same will be advised at the time of booking.
  • Any further changes in Foreign exchange rates or flight fares might affect the total package amount.
  • Cancellation charge will be applicable as per individual hotel policy and 100% cancellation will be applicable if it is cancelled within the cancellation deadline.
  • In case of special room request like room location, adjacent room, double/twin room, please advise us when the booking is made. While we will pass the request to the hotel, we cannot guarantee the same.
  • Above rates are not applicable during peak periods.
  • If any airline is delayed or cancelled, we will not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
  • There is No Refund for unutilized Service. 
  • In Singapore, it is strictly forbidden to smoke or chew gum in public areas or buildings with air conditioning. If you don't follow these and other related don'ts carefully, you could incur a hefty fine or go to jail.
  • Kindly note most Attractions require to pre-book TIME-SLOT as it is not Open on Regular basis so the same will be subject to availability at the time of payment received and Itinerary will be fixed according to Attractions Operations Hours and Availability.
  • Rate is subject to change without prior notice and not applicable for any surcharge dates.
  • Mid-night Surcharge applicable from 11pm - 07am on arrival and departure transfers : SGD 20 per vehicle.
  • Cruise transfer update : Cruise arrival pick-up will be after 2-2.5 hours of estimated-time-of-arrival.


    Note for Cruise:

    1.  Please check your reservation details. Above costing is based on GTY Cabin then please note you are guaranteed the stateroom category of choice, however, the stateroom number is allocated at the discretion of the cruise line, any time after full payment and or up to check-in. Please note that your stateroom could be allocated on any deck & may / may not have an obstructed view or be wheelchair accessible. Also you may not get all the Staterooms together.
     
    2.  TCS (Tax Collected at Source) as applicable will be collected with the payment, the same will be deposited against the PAN number advised by you and can be checked on Form 26AS on the Income Tax website.
     
    3.   Please send the Guests Email ID and Mobile No. along with the payment , this will be used for time sensitive communication including changing protocols and other government requirements from time to time by the Cruise Line. A Travel Agent Email ID and Number will not qualify.
     
    5.   The passport copies are also required with the payment.
     
    6.   We recommend that guests be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, if eligible. While vaccination is not required, guests should disclose their status during check-in to ensure we maintain a highly vaccinated onboard population.
     
    7.   Pre-cruise testing is no longer required to sail, with a few exceptions. The cruise line is committed to sharing the latest information with you within 30 days before you set sail.     8.  A guest is considered fully vaccinated 14 days after the required number of doses in their vaccine series have been fully administered (e.g. 2 shots of Pfizer, Moderna,?AstraZeneca, Covaxin etc.,?or 1 shot of Johnson & Johnson). Vaccines must be approved for use by the country they are sailing from.  We strongly recommend that fully vaccinated guests also get a booster dose when they become eligible to do so.?  
     
    9. Name changes may be requested to all but one of the original names listed in the booking up to 10 days prior to sailing date, or the previous working day if the 10th day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday.
     
    10. Name spelling corrections may be requested up to 10 working days prior to sailing, or the previous working day if the 10th day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday.
     
    11. Name changes are not permitted at any time for code red sailings or sailings that have been previously code red.
     
    12.  Assist card is optional but highly recommended. The decision to add an Assist Card to ensure coverage under any reason /or remove from the booking may be done on or before the time of the final payment only. The same can also be purchased online on https://www.assistcard.com/ww/b2c/microsite.
     Assist card (vacation protection plan) – The Assist Card provides protection against loss of cruise fare due to cancellations any time prior to sailing or due to interruption of the cruise voyage itself, cashless medical services onboard and more. Highlights of the program are given in the attached document.
